1. Who we are

Energy Upgrade Guide (www.energyupgradeguide.com.au) is published by Timeless Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 22 647 048 520) of Suite 101, 68-72 York Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205. We are a private company. We are not a government department or agency, and we are not authorised to act for one.

2. General information only

Everything on this site is general information about Australian government incentive programs. It is not financial, legal or product advice, and it is not a decision about your eligibility. Eligibility is decided by the body that runs each program and by the accredited installer or retailer who claims the incentive on your behalf.

3. Figures

Figures are published maximums taken from the federal or state body that runs the program, checked on the date shown on each page. Programs change without notice. We update figures when we re-check a source, and the check date moves with them. We don't guarantee that a figure is current on the day you read it, and we don't guarantee any amount for your property.

4. Referrals and how we are paid

If you send us a question or ask for a call, we may refer you to a partner business (Tidy Energy and Solar Incentives) that can quote the work. That business may pay us a referral fee. We tell you before we refer you, and the figures on this site don't depend on the referral. You are under no obligation to accept a quote, and any contract you sign is with the partner business, not with us.

5. Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Unsolicited sales agreements carry a 10-business-day cooling-off period, and Solar Victoria requires its authorised retailers to give 10 full business days in any circumstances.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on the information here. Check any figure against its source before you commit money.
