Energy Upgrade Guide is published by Timeless Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 22 647 048 520). We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

If you send a question, we collect what you type: name, postcode, mobile, email and the question. We also record the page you arrived on, the referrer and any campaign tags in the address, so we know which page led to the question.

On every visit we use Google Analytics, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity to measure how the site is used. These tools set cookies or local storage and may record page views, clicks and scrolling. IP addresses are anonymised in Google Analytics.

How we use it

To answer your question, and if a quote would help and you agree, to pass your details to a partner business (Tidy Energy and Solar Incentives) so it can contact you. We don't sell personal information and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking.
